Amiran LED — Real-Time Production Monitoring
Real-time tracking and monitoring for LED lamp production — replacing shop-floor paperwork with live dashboards and remote control.
Context
Contract engagement at Amiran LED (Shiraz, 2021): a lamp manufacturer whose production, warehouse, and sales ran on paper — phone calls, commute visits, and manual records.
The problem
Management had no live picture of production. Faults surfaced late, warehouse errors were routine, and managers spent their days physically chasing information between the production line, the warehouse, and sales.
What I built
I designed and developed a real-time tracking and monitoring ecosystem for LED lamp production — from translating the requirements to the running system:
- Real-time pipeline — Node.js/Express services with ArangoDB and Socket.IO pushing live production state to an Angular frontend.
- Zone Access System — as the app grew, generic access control became its own complexity problem; I designed a purpose-built zone-based access model to keep the system manageable.
- Remote automated management — operations that used to require a manager on site (remote controls, checks, paperwork) became remote and automated.
- Data visualization — break reports, production-sale balance, and customer interest analysis gave managers practical tools to plan and troubleshoot.
Result
- Up to 80% less paperwork across warehouses, production lines, and sales.
- Manager time saved by up to 40%.
- Warehouse faults reduced to almost zero.
